THIS
is Atlanta....
compliments
of BinMaker PRO.

The
graph shows the occurances of
coincident temperature and
humidity conditions typical for
Atlanta during a single year
(8760 hours). It also show the
.4% 1.0% and 2.0% design points
for DB/MCWB. WB/MCDB and
DP/MCDB.
It's
easy to see that the majority of
hours have a very different
make-up of temperature and
humidity conditions than the
design points. So the obvious
question is "Can your
design handle this?"
With
BinMaker PRO you can gather the
data required to plot this chart
in Excel. Simply create a Joint
Frequency Table (JFT) for the
location you want using BinMaker
PRO and save the data (about 2
minutes). Then record the ASHRAE
design points for the same
location that you want to plot
(about 1 minute).
Open
Linric's JFT plotter worksheet,
a FREE tool provided with your
copy of BinMaker PRO when you
purchase from Linric. Now open
the saved JFT in Excel and
copy/paste the data into the JFT
plotter worksheet (about 2
minutes)
If
you want to plot some additional
points like ASHRAE Design
Conditions simply use Excel's
drawing tools to do so (about 4
minutes).
Done,
in less than 10 minutes you
understand more about your
project's climate than ever
before. Now print it and go show
your boss and your customer how
smart you are!
